It's based on your job, your family, your health... Aw, IMO, 30 is pretty good.

It's foolish to fear what we've yet to see & know

my friend, a doctor, said having baby after 20 years old is ok. However i think it is quite soon because 20 year-old woman dont have enough financial resouces for taking care a baby.

From what I've read, it's probably between 27-35.
27 is about 5 years after college graduation, so enough time to set up your career, though this lower bound largely depends on you and your interests.
Biologically, the optimal age is between 20 and 35 [1]:
By 32, fertility begins to decline significantly; risk of down syndrome doubles compared to 25.
By 35, risk of miscarriage, ectopic, birth defects, etc., increases
By 40, risk of certain genetic disorders increases [2].
What that said, every person's body is different from one another's, so just take it with a grain of salt, and maybe look for advice from doctors.
